How to use this film

The video lesson has been designed so that you can watch it together, or for your child to watch it independently. There are opportunities to discuss the topics explored which will reinforce their learning about emotional health and wellbeing. Following the film for children, there's a section about looking after your own wellbeing for parents and carers.
