Ready for learning - mindfulness tools

Mindfulness tools will help children with the transition back to the routines of school life.

These activities will work best when used regularly, to help children become used to them as part of a routine of settling to work, at the start of the day, or after break times. They will help children to focus, to calm themselves and to be more ready for learning.
