SCARF at Home - Valuing Difference unit

Information for parents and carers before you get started...

Your child's school uses SCARF for its PSHE (Personal, Social, Health and Economic) education. With SCARF, children learn the vital life skills needed to help them be happy, healthy and safe.

The theme this half term is Valuing Difference.

We're thinking about the things that make us the same as each other and what makes us different from others in our lives and our community.

We're also thinking about kindness and how it can help everyone.

Younger children will also be thinking about how listening skills can help us.

Older children will also be thinking about the importance of being respectful and safe online.

Here are some specially designed SCARF at home activities. These are similar to the ones your child's class would be doing in school at this time:

Activities for 3 to 5 year-olds

Activities for 5 to 7 year-olds

Activities for 7 to 9 year-olds

Activities for 9 to 11 year-olds
