RSHE Statutory Requirements Webinar
This 30-minute bite-sized webinar is designed to support primary school PSHE leads and senior leaders who want to best understand the DfE's RSHE statutory requirements for teaching both Relationships and Health Education whilst considering the DfE's recommendation for teaching Sex Education. The webinar will provide clarity regarding what your statutory requirements are and what you are expected to teach, and share best practice guidance where decisions sit with the individual school.
This webinar will enable you to:
- Recognise how the RSHE statutory requirements relate to your school
- Identify what you are expected to teach in Relationships Education and Health Education
- Understand what non-statutory Sex Education might look like
- Understand how SCARF supports you in implementing your statutory requirements
